Dispatcher

• Dispatch and schedule technicians using Service Titan

• Adjust technician schedules throughout the day as jobs are completed

• Coordinate scheduling across a 20-technician service team

• Help oversee daily dispatch operations and maintain board efficiency

• Support and assist other dispatch or CSR team members when needed

• Communicate scheduling updates and delays with customers

• Maintain accurate information in the Service Titan system

• Assist leadership in resolving scheduling or service issues

• Help ensure consistent customer communication and service standards

• Service Titan dispatch experience

• Minimum 3 years dispatch or customer service experience

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment

• Dispatch experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or drain cleaning industries

• Experience supporting or leading dispatch operations

• Dispatch Pro experience

• Reliable high-speed internet
