Job Summary:
The duties of this position will be to coordinate and communicate with service technicians and other internal departments to ensure timely operations and efficient scheduling while effectively communicating.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Receives and logs calls from location owners, prospective owners, service technicians, and CSRs to determine the appropriate response or resource allocation
· Update and notate all calls according to priority, route optimization and customer requirements
· Uses GPS to tracker technicians for time and punctuality
· Communicate with operations administrator and operations manager to provide updates, resolve issues and appoint escalated issues
· Maintains records of a location service logs and calls
· Provides exceptional customer service to all callers
· Ensures that all compliance procedures are adhered to
· May perform other duties/projects as directed by Operations Manager
Experience/ Qualifications
· Strong communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in faced-paced environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn other software or route planning tools
· High school diploma/GED
· Must have a minimum of 2 years dispatch experience/ 1 year of customer service experience
Pay: $19.00 - $22.80 per hour
