The Role

This is a critical, high-impact position at the center of our operations.

You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, dispatching technicians, managing call flow, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dispatch and manage 5+ HVAC technicians daily
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Use ServiceTitan to manage scheduling, job tracking, and communication
• Order parts and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Support technicians in the field with real-time updates and job coordination
• Assist with outbound calling during slower seasons to maintain pipeline

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC dispatching experience
• ServiceTitan proficiency (required)
• Experience managing multiple technicians (5+ at once)
• Background working with residential HVAC companies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full-time, in-office availability (Rome, GA)

Preferred

• Experience with outbound calling / lead generation during slow seasons
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in real time
