Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching:Efficiently deploy HVAC and plumbing technicians utilizing SERVICETITAN, managing all scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
- Customer Communication:Keep our customers updated on technician ETA, follow up on completed jobs, and conduct satisfaction calls.
- Scheduling & Organization:Verify all calls are correctly booked, ensure service agreements are followed, and assist with managing technician documentation and compliance.

Requirements:
To succeed as a dispatcher at Goettl, you should be organized, proactive, and customer focused. The role is fast-paced and requires adaptability, clear communication, and a commitment to service excellence.
- Must be tech savvy with the ability to learn service type software.
- 18 years older- non-negotiable
- Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- There is potential for overtime when busy
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience OR work directly in a multi-phone environment
- ServiceTitan experience is highly desirable
- A minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Must be available weekends and some nights as needed ON-SITE.
- Complete a pre-employment drug screening and comprehensive background check.
- US work authorization
