Dispatcher

We are looking for a highly organized Dispatcher to join a team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and stability within a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and coordinating logistics with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Schedule and dispatch services effectively, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.

• Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to manage workflows and assignments.

• Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities.

• Maintain organized records and follow company protocols to ensure compliance.

• Support the team in meeting performance goals and deadlines.

• Proven experience in dispatching or a related role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch systems and scheduling tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and adapt to changing situations.
• Comfortable working in an onsite environment during standard business hours.
