8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift) | 5 Days a Week | On-site

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team and play a key role in coordinating daily operations and keeping everything running smoothly.

Job Summary:

As a Dispatcher, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate field teams and drivers, and ensure timely communication between staff and customers. Your ability to multitask and stay accurate under pressure will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers/technicians to appropriate locations
• Monitor routes and adjust schedules to improve efficiency
• Communicate updates, instructions, and support to field teams
• Track job progress and ensure timely completion
• Handle incoming calls, service requests, and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and reports
• Coordinate with management to resolve delays or emergencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or similar role
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and dispatch tools
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
