Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable and organised Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day courier operations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign jobs to drivers efficiently based on location and availability
• Communicate with drivers and customers to provide updates and ETAs
• Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs
• Handle customer queries professionally via call and WhatsApp
• Negotiate rates with clients when required
• Manage delays, issues, and provide quick solutions
• Maintain accurate records of jobs and payments

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management and organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of UK courier/logistics operations is a plus
• Experience in dispatching (preferred but not mandatory)
