Dispatcher

Dispatcher / Location (Jubail / Yanbu).

Job description & Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch operations for incoming and outgoing chemical shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with schedules.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams to manage dispatch activities.
• Ensure all shipments comply with safety regulations and company policies related to chemical handling and transportation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including delivery notes, manifests, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched and received goods.
• Handle and resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of chemical products according to regulatory standards.
• Optimize routes and dispatch schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use dispatch and tracking systems to update shipment status in real-time.Job Requirements:
• Diploma’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in the chemical or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and inventory control.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to handling and transporting chemicals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using dispatching systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Good command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours if required.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
