Dispatcher

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. Dispatching experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

This position is fast-paced and requires someone who can stay organized, negotiate effectively, and maintain strong communication with carriers and customers throughout the day.

Pay

• Starting at $15/hour
• Pay based on experience
• Opportunity to earn additional commission through sales and business development

Responsibilities

• Source and book carriers for freight shipments
• Negotiate rates and coordinate load coverage
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers throughout the shipping process
• Track loads and proactively resolve issues
• Enter and manage shipment information accurately
• Build and maintain carrier and customer relationships
• Assist with securing new freight opportunities and growing accounts
• Help ensure on-time pickups and deliveries

Requirements

• Experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Must be flexible with nights and weekends as needed
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $52,000.00 per year
