Job Overview

We are hiring a Freight Dispatcher to support our UK-based client. The ideal candidate will manage load booking, coordinate with drivers and brokers, and ensure smooth day-to-day dispatch operations. This role is suited for someone detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to grow in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and book loads from UK load boards and broker networks
• Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers professionally
• Negotiate basic freight rates (training will be provided)
• Track shipments and provide timely updates
• Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and delivery status
• Handle basic issue resolution (delays, route changes, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with client SOPs and timelines

Requirements

• Good English communication (spoken & written)
• Basic understanding of logistics/dispatch (preferred, not mandatory)
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools
• Ability to work in UK shift timings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
