We’re looking for a sharp, organized, high-energy Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problems in real time. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with technicians in real time to manage changes, emergencies, and schedule adjustments
• Keep customers updated on arrival times and appointment statuses
• Work closely with customer service representatives and field managers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor job progress and proactively solve scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate records in our dispatching and CRM systems
• Help drive revenue by ensuring calls are scheduled and completed effectively

Preferred Experience

• Dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a major plus
• Call center or customer service experience helpful
• Multi-tasking and scheduling experience strongly preferred
