Dispatcher

As a dispatcher you’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks in a timely and efficient manner, often working in high-pressure environments. Dispatcher will be answering calls, dispatching vehicles, and managing schedules. This position will ensure that all resources are properly maintained and accounted for

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and a team player who has excellent organizational/time management skills. They will use a hands-on approach and collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customer’s needs are being met.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Dispatch daily orders
• Shipping/Receiving administration
• Customer service
• Follow up on cutoff times and inform teams of any delay.
• Print bills of lading and supporting paperwork
• Verify quantity and items on bills of lading to pick tickets, noting discrepancies
• Create reports
• Understand the needs of the customers

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn new skills and tasks as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously such as arranging shipment details
• Analytical skills with amazing attention to detail
• Customer service skills

Pay: From $15.15 per hour
