Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial part in managing logistics and providing exceptional service in the drain clean and plumbing Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various tasks will contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to phone call and emails.
• Scheduling appointments
• Perform data entry
• Following up with customers

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably
• Familiarity with Excel, Google, Google Drive is highly desirable.
• Data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in dispatching is a plus. but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
