HVAC Dispatcher / CSR – Join Our Growing Team

We are a growing residential HVAC company in Shepherdsville, KY looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays a critical role in the daily operations of our company by answering customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians to jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and calling out to customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls and installations
• Coordinate technician schedules and route jobs efficiently
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day
• Enter job notes and maintain accurate records in company software• Assist customers with questions regarding service appointment• Support office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• Comfortable working with scheduling or dispatch software
• Reliable attendance and professional attitude

Highly Preferred:
Experience with ServiceTitan or other HVAC dispatch software

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Shepherdsville, KY. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our office.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.07 per hour
