In this vital role, you will coordinate transportation activities and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Schedule daily appointments for service technicians with customers.
• Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve delivery efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• Enter and update data accurately in logistics software, including and fleet management systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding work order status, delivery timelines through clear and positive communication skills.
• Support supply chain operations by analyzing transportation data, identifying issues, and implementing solutions for continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Skills

• Proficiency in using GPS devices, GIS mapping tools, and transportation planning software to enhance route efficiency.
• Excellent analysis skills for evaluating logistics data to optimize freight movements and supply chain operations.
• Effective dispatching skills with experience managing service schedules and fleet coordination.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while providing outstanding customer service.
• Accurate data entry skills combined with typing proficiency for maintaining detailed scheduling logs.
• Familiarity with fleet management practices, and transportation planning. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
