Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, organized Part-Time Dispatcher to help keep our day running smoothly. This is not a sit-back-and-scroll job—you’ll be handling calls, scheduling, and keeping our technicians moving efficiently.

Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or home services is a big plus—but we’re willing to train the right person who’s sharp, dependable, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
• Following up with leads and customers from the prior day
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Coordinating schedules to maximize efficiency
• Supporting the management team with day-to-day operations
• Assisting with additional tasks when time allows

What We’re Looking For

• Dispatching experience preferred (home services is a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple calls and stay organized under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using scheduling/dispatch software (or quick to learn)

Schedule & Growth

• Start at 2–3 days per week (9 AM – 2 PM)
