Responsibilities include:

Dispatch work in a manner that best suits our customers' needs as it relates to delivery times and skill level and also meets the dealerships profitability requirements.

Maintain fair and balanced work distribution.

Monitor technician productivity and daily workloads to maximize departmental production. Work with management for technician shortfalls that prevents efficient production.

Work closely with Service Advisors for parts or production delays.

Work closely with the Parts department for parts procurement and delivery.

Help maintain a fix it right the first time score and coordinate repeat repairs to the original technician whenever possible.

Report: equipment failure, production shortfalls, training needs, special tool needs, supply needs.

Observe safety, hazmat and housekeeping concerns and report shortfalls to management.

Work with department managers and employees to reach common goals.

Other duties as assigned by management
