Responsibilities
- Promptly answer incoming phone calls and scheduling jobs in Service Titan dispatching software
- Posting completed work to QuickBooks Online
- Caringly assist callers with their needs
- Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
- Accurately schedule service & repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
- Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
- Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals
- Assist customers in the Showroom as needed
- Assist with daily office operations
Qualifications
- Computer and data entry proficiency
- Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ServiceTitan & QuickBooks Online
- Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
