What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and manage the daily dispatch board
• Coordinate with techs in real-time to adjust schedules and routes
• Follow up with technicians after jobs to collect notes, confirm task completion, and ensure all charges and notes are accurate
• Communicate proactively with customers about timelines, updates, and job status
• Be the friendly voice customers hear when they call us
• Use software tools and scripts to gather info and book service calls efficiently
• Think on your feet and solve problems in the moment

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–5 years of experience in dispatching, project coordination, or customer service roles
• Clear communicator - whether talking to a frustrated customer or a busy tech, you know how to speak calmly and clearly
• Highly organized and attentive to detail - you don’t let things slip through the cracks
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset—you keep things moving forward
• Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per hour
