What You'll Earn

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email
• Schedule service appointments and support our service technicians
• Manage inbound communications and keep customers informed
• Work closely with the service department to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service and help build lasting relationships

What You Need

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience with ServiceTitan or other home services CRM is a big plus
