HVAC Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
• Communicate job details clearly between customers and field technicians
• Manage daily scheduling and respond to changes in real time
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service and build strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm, professional, and friendly demeanor with customers and team members
• Previous dispatching or customer service experience (HVAC or trades preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience is a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
