Dispatcher for Moving Company

We’re looking for a highly organized, quick-thinking Dispatcher to support our expanding fleet of drivers handling interstate moves nationwide. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems in real time, this is your opportunity to make an impact with a company on the move.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and support a fleet of about 6 drivers daily
• Act as the key bridge between drivers and customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Provide customer service support by addressing and resolving any issues customers may experience during their move
• Communicate proactively to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries
• Review routes with planners to maximize efficiency
• Assist drivers with work order updates and changes
• Troubleshoot issues and respond quickly under pressure
• Maintain detailed records and follow up on open tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous logistics experience (required)
• Household goods moving experience (a plus)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of U.S. geography and routing
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
