Raveill Trucking has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Load Planner in their McGregor, MN terminal

Position Overview
As a Dispatcher / Load Planner, you’ll be responsible for coordinating loads, communicating with drivers, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, assign, and dispatch loads to drivers
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
Monitor driver progress and provide real-time support
Optimize routes to improve fuel efficiency and time management
Communicate with brokers, customers, and drivers
Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems
Resolve issues quickly (delays, breakdowns, scheduling conflicts)
Qualifications

• Experience in trucking dispatch or logistics (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (dispatch/load board systems a plus)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a bonus

Schedule

Full-time—On-site
