Dispatcher- Logistics

JCK Ready Mix Concrete is looking for a highly organized and dependable Logistics Dispatcher to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating trucks, drivers, and deliveries to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. What You'll Do

As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will:

• Schedule and dispatch trucks, drivers, trailers, and loads based on daily priorities.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers regarding routes, schedule changes, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with plants, yards, pits, customers, and internal departments to keep deliveries running smoothly.
• Monitor active deliveries and respond quickly to delays or route changes.
• Track driver progress and provide real-time updates to operations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, load records, and communication notes.
• Support the operations team by helping resolve scheduling and logistical challenges.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and dispatch software (experience preferred).
• Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in an office setting and collaborate with multiple departments.
