Dispatcher / Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries based on customer orders and production availability
• Coordinate dispatch operations for trucks, drivers, and materials across UAE locations
• Optimize delivery routes to reduce delays, fuel costs, and idle time
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery performance
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for loading schedules and dispatch readiness
• Maintain dispatch records, delivery logs, trip sheets, and transportation documents
• Handle delivery issues, route changes, breakdowns, and urgent customer requests
• Communicate with drivers and customers regarding delivery status and timelines
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company safety policies
• Track fleet utilization, driver attendance, and vehicle maintenance schedules
• Prepare daily and weekly dispatch reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in dispatching, logistics, or route planning
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, insulation, or construction industry preferred
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and delivery areas
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or logistics software
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries daily

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
