Dispatcher / Plumbing - HVAC

We're searching for a driven, detail-oriented Dispatcher who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily workflow - coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and ensuring our field technicians are exactly where they need to be.
Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and think on your feet will directly impact our customers' experience and our team's success.
Strategically schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and deliver top-tier service
Work closely with internal teams to allocate resources for emergency or high-priority calls

• Manage incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, emails, and digital platforms, ensuring prompt response and accurate data entry.
• Dispatch plumbing and HVAC technicians to job sites using Service Titan
• Coordinate schedules for service appointments, prioritizing urgent requests while optimizing routes through transportation planning and fleet management.
• Maintain clear communication with field technicians, customers, suppliers, and internal teams through professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
• Utilize analysis skills to monitor dispatch operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

Experience

• Proven 1 year experience in dispatching within the plumbing, HVAC industry is preferred
• Comfort with dispatching or scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a must)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while maintaining high levels of phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating dispatch workflows and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Proficiency in data entry with typing speeds that support accurate record keeping across multiple software platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
