Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher with expertise in ServiceTitan, a leading field service management software. In this vital role, you will coordinate and schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians efficiently, and ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and management. Responsibilities

• Utilize ServiceTitan to schedule, dispatch, and track service appointments accurately in real-time
• Coordinate with technicians using GPS and GIS tools to optimize routes and reduce travel time
• Manage inbound calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information and scheduling support
• Maintain detailed data entry records within transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine
• Monitor freight movements and shipping & receiving activities to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
• Use multi-line phone systems to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional communication skills
• Support fleet management by tracking vehicle locations via GPS and coordinating maintenance schedules as needed
• Assist with shipping documentation, freight analysis, and supply chain coordination to streamline logistics processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems like Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine
• Familiarity with GIS, GPS technology, transportation planning, and logistics operations
• Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting scheduling conflicts or route inefficiencies
• Effective dispatching abilities combined with exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
• Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy using systems such as AS400 or other enterprise resource planning tools
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing high call volumes
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, fleet management practices, and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers is a plus
