Dispatcher USA Campaign

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of freight, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining strong communication with drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads efficiently.

· Monitor routes, traffic, and weather conditions to minimize delays.

· Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support.

· Maintain accurate records of schedules, loads, and delivery times.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.

· Handle issues or emergencies in a calm and professional manner.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in dispatching software and MS Office.
