Truck Dispatcher - (USA CAMPAIGN)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a confident sales rep to onboard U.S.-based truck drivers for our dispatching services. Your job is to call leads, pitch our service, handle objections, and bring drivers on board.

What You’ll Do:

• Call truck drivers (leads provided)
• Pitch our dispatch service with confidence
• Answer questions, handle objections, and close deals
• Onboard drivers and hand over to the dispatch team
• Track all leads and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Sales or telemarketing experience (dispatch is a plus)
• Confident on the phone
• Must be available onsite in the Architect society, Lahore (6 PM – 2 AM)
• Basic knowledge of trucking or load boards is a bonus
