Dispatchers:

• Coordinating and managing daily distribution operations within the warehouse. This includes receiving goods, organizing shipments and storage, and ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfilment.
  
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, parts, and components.
  
• Conduct quantity and quality verification against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  
• Manage and organize warehouse inventory according to standard layout and labeling systems.
  
• Dispatch materials to production lines as per production schedules and requisitions.
  
• Ensure all stock movements (receipts, issues, returns) are updated in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Oddo in real time.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of all inbound and outbound transactions.
  
• 5S activities and safety protocol need to be followed strictly .
  

• Assist in regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical verifications.
  
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged materials immediately.
  
• Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder requirements to supervisors.
  
• Implement FIFO/FEFO systems for material handling.
  

• Adhere strictly to Company’s HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
  
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
  
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in all warehouse areas.
  
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
  

• Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
  
• Support audit and compliance activities related to warehouse operations.
  
• Participate in periodic performance review meetings with the Company Warehouse Manager

Requirements

• Schools graduated and must read, write, and speak
  

• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
  

• Fit for warehouse work, including manual handling and equipment operation

Personnel Requirements:

• All staff provided must be qualified, experienced, and physically fit to perform their duties.
  
• Personnel should be presentable, disciplined, and follow company guidelines.
