Dispatcher/1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Position Summary:
Commercial contractor needs highly motivated service/field dispatcher. Must be able to multitask and function productively in high volume, fast paced environment.
Computer, customer service and organizational skills required. Industry experience is a plus!!

Schedule:
Full-Time & part-time position for days, nights, and weekends (10-hour shifts)
1st and 2nd shifts

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
The Scheduler is responsible for receiving work order requests from the client and coordinating the placement of the field crews based on the work order needs. The Scheduler will have daily communications with clients and all field personnel.
The Scheduler will report directly to the Operations Manager of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all scheduling of jobs to ensure the appropriate placement of crews for clients
• Assist in administrative duties.
• Ensure that the resources know what equipment is needed for the job, as well as the location and duration of the job
• Daily communication through phone/ text / email to resources and clients
• Help to keep all job schedules up to date on the daily spreadsheet.
• Maintain professional communications with resources and client
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to provide administrative assistance to other operations departments as needed
• Must be able to answer evening and weekend phone calls if needed
• All other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• FLU Vaccine Records REQUIRED and current
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to work individually, be self-driven, organized, and maintain within a fast-pace environment
• Capable of managing spreadsheets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and internet resources
• Previous office assistance or scheduling experience preferred in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to possess the ability to analyze information

Vaccine Records REQUIRED and current
Required Qualifications. High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent
. Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
. Must be 21 years of age
. Valid Drivers License and Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
. Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.63 per hour
