We are looking to hire an experienced and driven dispatcher/office assistant with exceptional communication skills and superb customer service. As a dispatcher/office assistant you will be a significant asset to our team and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming service requests/scheduling of work orders.
- Quarterly PM scheduling
- Part facilitation to team members
- Invoice processing
- Schedule, dispatch, and check-out technicians.
- Prioritize service calls based on urgency and strategic planning of technician locations.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management team providing necessary information and updates.
- Monitor technician schedules and ensure timely arrival to service locations.
- Estimate drafting.
- Inventory upkeep
- Purchase Order processing and upkeep.
- KPI tracking
- Remote on call 1 cycle a month.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the teams best interest.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
