Dispatcher/Customer Service

NOW HIRING:

Overnight dispatch professionals.

Shift are 6pm-6am

We are a 24/7/365 company. We never close.

Eligible candidates must:

· Be available for the shifts and hours listed above

· Be available for shifts on weekends and holidays

· Must be able to pass a national background check, drug screen, and have no felonies, alcohol, or drug-related charges in the last 7 years.

· Be a self-starter and motivated to learn

· Be able to successfully complete tasks with minimal supervision

· Prove to be a multi-tasker and adapts well in a fast-paced environment.

· Be serious about employment

· Professional communication skills (literacy, spelling, grammar, etc.) are essential

· Have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions as given.

· Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as dispatch software.

· Retain training easily.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Answering busy phone lines

· Routing and assigning jobs to drivers

· Responding to client questions, calls, and emails

· Monitoring and communicating with drivers for the successful completion of all jobs.

· Communicating with others within our company and with our clients via email and telephone

We handle extremely critical jobs such as organs for transplant, biopsies for cancer patients, lifesaving medications for critically ill children and much more. Therefore, it is critical that the ideal candidate will have great attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

Since we deal with time-sensitive, lifesaving jobs we are not accepting phone calls on this position.

Starting pay per hour: $17

Pay increase after a satisfactory 90-day probationary period.
