Dispatcher/Customer Service

American Appliance is looking for a dispatcher/ customer service representative. We are looking for someone who is friendly, self sufficient, and dependable. Looking for full OR part time employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage intermediate amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints
• Keep logs of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Communicate with your assigned technicians and the router to guide the technicians through their routes to ensure they can run effeciently
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Qualifications/Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette for effective customer support
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to actively seek out tasks that need to be completed without constantly being instructed to do so

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
