Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dispatching & Scheduling: Manage the daily schedule for plumbing technicians, optimizing routes to maximize efficiency and service coverage across the Peninsula.
- Customer Service Excellence: Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
- Job Management: Create, track, and close out service jobs in our software system, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Technician Support: Act as the primary liaison between customers and field technicians, providing real-time updates and support.
- Sales Conversion: Proactively convert service inquiries into scheduled appointments through exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or emergencies with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Office Administration: Maintain accurate client records and support office workflows.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or office administration (Plumbing/HVAC/Service industry experience is a massive plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Technology: Proficient in CRM systems, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to team success.
