Dispatcher/Driver

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with drivers and customers to coordinate transportation trips
- Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track and monitor our drivers. Flexible to drive based on business needs.
- Must be dependable and reliable - Increase revenue and problem solving
- Work together with COO regarding the coordination of driver assignments, prepares daily paperwork for drivers and COO. Assist in transportation planning, including route optimization and scheduling. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer service skills that are professional, friendly and courteous when answering phones or making outbound calls. Must maintain a positive demeanor when interacting with drivers, customers, and team members. - Knowledge of the Louisville Area

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a dispatcher. - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Attention to detail and accuracy
