Dispatcher/Logistics

The Hotline team is looking to add solid dispatchers to our crew!

Entry level Dispatcher - $50K a year - Depending on experience

Senior Dispatcher - $60K a year - Depending on experience

If your experience is dispatching tow trucks, appliance repairs and any other type of appointment jobs, this is NOT the position for you. We need individuals that have experience with HOT SHOT, ON DEMAND, AIR FREIGHT DISPATCHING, that have dealt with 50 or more drivers at one time.

Requirements:

• Strong dispatch and coordination skills
• Ability to think ahead and solve problems in real time
• Comfortable managing drivers and customer expectations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Confident communicator who can balance operations and customer needs
• Familiar with the DFW area
• Quick thinking

Qualifications:

• Prior dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience required
• Strong computer skills (dispatch systems, email, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to work under pressure

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
