Dispatcher/Transportation/Tracker

Luxury Vans & Shuttle Bus has been in the business for over 15 years providing charter service to high end clientele as well as crew transportation within the NYC airports. We are currently looking for an experienced dispatcher with at least 2 years in the luxury market/ freight dispatching with a strong background in the transportation industry within NYC and the Tri-State Area.

We’re looking for someone who works well with others, pays attention to detail, and is dependable, flexible, and able to handle a changing schedule. You should have a good understanding of the Tri-State Area, including major landmarks and routes.

Strong communication and phone skills are important, and basic computer knowledge. You should present yourself professionally, stay organized, and keep a positive attitude, especially in high-pressure situations.

Experience with systems like Samsara and Limo Anywhere is a plus. You’ll be working with drivers and must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully is key. This role moves quickly, so being able to think ahead, stay on top of things, and solve problems before they become issues is important.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Coordinate and dispatch bus and van drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services
- Utilize communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and team members
- Monitor routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and address any issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Utilize transportation management systems and logistics knowledge to streamline operations

-Comfortable typing at a minimum of 45 WPM, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Work nights or overnight shift: 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

Pay: $24.00 per hour
