Dispatcher/Trucking/Logistics

We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher (USA Market) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating loads, communicating with drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries (USA Market)
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day to ensure on-time performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers
• Monitor routes, resolve issues, and provide support as needed
• Update internal systems with accurate load details

Requirements:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, load boards)
• Previous dispatching or trucking experience.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
