Job Purpose
Accountable for the direction and co-ordination of their people and the Fulfilment Operations in various stores they manage, along with full P&L responsibility
As the area leader, you will lead the operations for multiple fulfilment operations in your designated region or area ensuring that our customers receive the best service and the business constantly improves and is on the path to profitability.
Key Accountabilities:
Training
Monitor talent spotting
Delivering audits and fulfilment standards, creating centers of excellence and implementing best practice
Build, optimize, and assign delivery routes with last mile
Communicate with and respond to Panda App customer care on delivery exceptions
Troubleshoot problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary
Developing performance goals
Review daily, weekly , and monthly targets
Communicating policies to the team
Maintain compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed
Ensuring SOP’s are followed for building security and product loss prevention.
Lead the launch of various fulfilment operations as per strategic plans
Effective planning for peak seasons to ensure sufficient resources are available.
Ensure Last Mile/Freelancers providers are onboarded according to Panda Fulfilment Operations standards, performance are tracked and managed and escalated whenever is required.

Education
High School , College is a plus
English intermediate+
Experience in Office
