We're looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to help consumers & businesses resolve complaints and build trust in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a caseload of consumer-to-business disputes from intake through resolution.
• Serving as a neutral facilitator, guiding constructive communication between parties.
• Maintaining accurate records of case activity, communications, and agreements.
• Monitoring trends and sharing insights to improve business practices and prevent future issues.
• Conducting community outreach presentations to community centers, libraries, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in customer service or dispute resolution
• Excellent communication + problem-solving skills
• Experience with regulated industries = a plus!
