Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal agreements, including commercial contracts, construction contracts, consultancy agreements, service contracts, leases, employment contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and technology-related agreements.

Provide legal advice on contractual matters in accordance with the company regulatory frameworks and Qatari law.

Draft and maintain contract templates for procurement, commercial transactions, and other operational needs.

Ensure all agreements are legally sound, commercially viable, and aligned with the company’s policies and risk appetite.

Provide legal counsel to internal departments on day-to-day matters and high-risk transactions.

Advise on intellectual property, trade, IT, employment, leasing, and compliance-related issues.

Support the Executive Leadership Team and CLO on strategic legal and business matters.

Advise on regulatory changes and their impact on operations, investment, and stakeholder relations.

Manage and coordinate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Represent the company’s interests in legal proceedings and ensure timely, cost-effective resolution.

Provide legal guidance on breach remedies, contractual disputes, and enforcement of legal rights against third parties.

Support the CLO in implementing legal risk management frameworks across the company.

Review legal risks associated with contracts, tenders, partnerships, and strategic decisions.

Ensure all legal activities and documents are compliant with Qatari laws, company’s regulations, and internal policies.

Lead or support negotiations and contract clarifications on behalf of departments to ensure favorable outcomes.

Provide guidance on contractual obligations, terminations, and relationship management with suppliers, investors, and contractors.

Advise departments on appropriate legal positions during contract disputes or renegotiations.
Experience:
-
Licensed to practice law in Qatar or another recognized jurisdiction.

Minimum 10 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on commercial contracts,
-
construction law, and dispute resolution.

Demonstrated experience in legal drafting, negotiation, litigation management, and
-
procurement law.

Sound knowledge of Qatari legal system, free zone regulations, and international legal practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English & Arabic.
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
-
Master of Laws (LLM) is preferred.
