
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and logistical support to the legal team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Prepare and manage legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
* Assist in legal research and analysis, gathering relevant information and summarising key findings.
* Maintain and organise legal files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
* Monitor deadlines and track progress on legal matters, providing timely updates to the legal team.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, clients, and external counsel.
* Support the legal team in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Legal Coordinator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
* Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
