We are a leading consultancy firm in Qatar providing business setup, corporate, and support services to a diverse clientele. To strengthen our team, we are hiring a qualified Lawyer / Legal Consultant to provide professional legal consultation services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law matters.
• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist clients with compliance to Qatari laws, regulations, and business practices.
• Represent clients in legal negotiations, consultations, and official communications when required.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated with the latest laws, regulations, and judicial precedents in Qatar.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in legal consultancy, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
• Must be well-versed in Arabic (written & spoken).
• Knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari business laws, labor law, and corporate legal practices.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multicultural clients and handle complex legal queries.
