When you join us, we will expect:


  • Conducting distribution center analyses and improving performance indicators,
  • Performing risk assessments and root cause analyses across all supply chain processes,
  • Leading financial awareness and cost analysis initiatives for distribution centers,
  • Collaborating closely with the Information Systems and Supply Chain Infrastructure teams,
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of distribution center operations,
  • Developing improvements to enhance the efficiency of transportation processes, equipment usage, and cost management,
  • Playing an active role in redesigning processes when necessary,
  • Leading feasibility studies, budgeting, and long-term planning for distribution centers,
  • Contributing to the systematization of transportation operations within distribution centers.


The features we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics,
  • Preferably holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics,
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the field,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
