Distribution Specialist - Contract Logistics

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist to manage daily distribution operations and act as a key liaison between our organization and clients. This role ensures customer demands are met efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and performance.

• Manage daily distribution and shipping operations to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling routine and urgent requests.
• Oversee the customer complaint portal, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyse root causes of complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and present KPI reports to monitor operational performance.
• Maintain daily communication with subcontractors and report on their service levels.
• Ensure compliance with QSHE policies and actively apply KNPS methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Support emergency response activities and carry out tasks assigned by senior management in line with expertise and training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years proven experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
