We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist to manage daily distribution operations and act as a key liaison between our organization and clients. This role ensures customer demands are met efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and performance.

How you create impact

Manage daily distribution and shipping operations to meet customer demands efficiently.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling routine and urgent requests.
Oversee the customer complaint portal, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Analyse root causes of complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and present KPI reports to monitor operational performance.
Maintain daily communication with subcontractors and report on their service levels.
Ensure compliance with QSHE policies and actively apply KNPS methodologies for continuous improvement.
Support emergency response activities and carry out tasks assigned by senior management in line with expertise and training.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years proven experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
