Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Delivery Management:
  • Receive, review, and process sales orders, developing rational delivery plans.
  • Track order status throughout the process, ensuring timely dispatch, in-transit visibility, and successful delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize key delivery metrics (KPIs), such as order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics Coordination & Optimization:
  • Manage and coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness in transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Develop and optimize delivery solutions tailored to different markets (e.g., domestic, cross-border, specific countries like Turkey).
  • Address logistics exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, wrong shipments) by initiating contingency plans and communicating resolutions promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales teams to manage customer expectations and synchronize delivery information.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and planning teams to ensure inventory levels meet delivery demands.
  • Communicate with overseas branches or partners (e.g., UGM) to ensure smooth local customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Systems & Data:
  • Proficiently operate WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System), and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate regular delivery data reports, analyze trends, and support business decision-making.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Serve as the point of contact for delivery-related issues, responding to internal and external customer inquiries about order status professionally and promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery roles; experience in consumer electronics or smart hardware industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to remain calm under pressure and quickly resolve complex issues.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of how delivery experience impacts brand perception.
  • Data-driven approach: Habit of using data to identify, analyze, and measure outcomes.
  • Responsibility and initiative: Highly accountable and proactive in driving process improvements.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Xiaomi’s business model or corporate culture is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred (if the role involves overseas operations).
