About the Role:

DentSpa Clinic is seeking a dedicated Planning Specialist to join our logistics and coordination team. This role is pivotal in managing patient appointments and transportation services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Turkish is essential for effective communication with our diverse clientele.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule patient appointments, aligning with their preferences and availability.
• Communicate appointment details clearly in Arabic, English, or Turkish, as appropriate.
• Organize transportation services, coordinating pickups and drop-offs for patients.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure punctual and reliable services.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and transportation arrangements.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Turkish.
• Prior experience in planning, logistics coordination, or appointment scheduling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
