Customer Service Specialist

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Provide service to customers and manage an assigned area of expertise/responsibility or a team by coordinating, supporting, and following up to achieve development, improvements, and the best possible service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure end-to-end follow-up of export order processes (order receipt, production planning, shipment, and delivery),
- Analyze customer requests and provide fast and effective solutions,
- Coordinate with relevant departments and external stakeholders in customs, transportation, and logistics processes,
- Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of export documentation with regulations,
- Conduct regular reporting through Microsoft Office and ERP systems,
- Continuously develop customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations,
- Knowledgeable about export regulations and transportation modes (land, sea, air) for the America, Africa, and Europe regions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Possesses strong analytical thinking, planning, problem-solving, and result-oriented working skills,
- A good team player with strong communication competencies,
- Residing in Istanbul.
