General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering faculties (preferred)
• Good command of English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Preferably experienced in logistics, operations, or process development
• Ability to analyze large data sets
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities within distribution operations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (IT, AI, and field operations teams) to structure development areas
• Monitor supplier operational processes and analyze their performance
• Detect system-related issues in daily operations and ensure coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare weekly and monthly supplier performance reports
• Work in close collaboration with Operations, Business Development, IT, and Legal teams to enhance processes
• Support project and customer demands by contributing to process design, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives
